According to data from the World Bank, in 1986, Libya had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 6,018.91), followed by Gabon (US$ 3,864.68), and Seychelles (US$ 3,368.47).

On the other hand, Somalia had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 131.42).
