According to data from the World Bank, in 1987, Libya had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 6,464.73), followed by Seychelles (US$ 3,871.78), and Gabon (US$ 3,624.38).

On the other hand, Somalia had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 140.97).
