According to data from the World Bank, in 1990, Libya had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 6,502.28), followed by Gabon (US$ 6,050.72), and Seychelles (US$ 5,642.07).

On the other hand, Somalia had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 145.6).
