According to data from the World Bank, in 1990, Libya had the highest GDP per Capita (US$ 6821.88), followed by Gabon (US$ 6055.06), and Seychelles (US$ 5642.07).

On the other hand, Somalia had the lowest GDP per capita (US$ 147.35), followed by Sierra Leone (US$ 150.19), and Liberia (US$ 173.96).
