According to data from the World Bank, in 1992, Libya had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 7,302.69), followed by Seychelles (US$ 6,520.49), and Gabon (US$ 5,385.69).

On the other hand, Liberia had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 107.84).
