According to data from the World Bank, in 1994, Seychelles had the highest GDP per Capita (US$ 6974.87), followed by Libya (US$ 6164.35), and Gabon (US$ 3832.09).

On the other hand, Liberia had the lowest GDP per capita (US$ 62.21), followed by Rwanda (US$ 111.94), and Ethiopia (US$ 127.67).
