According to data from the World Bank, in 1994, Seychelles had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 6,974.87), followed by Libya (US$ 5,933.29), and Gabon (US$ 3,828.21).

On the other hand, Liberia had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 61.49).
