According to data from the World Bank, in 1998, Seychelles had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 8,209.51), followed by Libya (US$ 5,301.08), and Gabon (US$ 3,700).

On the other hand, Ethiopia had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 126.47).
