GDP Per Capita for Africa By Country in 1999

According to data from the World Bank, in 1999, Seychelles had the highest GDP per Capita (US$ 8243.24), followed by Libya (US$ 7112.67), and Gabon (US$ 3758.16).

On the other hand, Democratic Republic of the Congo had the lowest GDP per capita (US$ 99.76), followed by Ethiopia (US$ 121.29), and Burundi (US$ 130.75).
