According to data from the World Bank, in 2000, Seychelles had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 8,063.66), followed by Libya (US$ 7,214.1), and Gabon (US$ 3,982.91).

On the other hand, Ethiopia had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 122.27).
