According to data from the World Bank, in 2004, Seychelles had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 10,827.67), followed by Libya (US$ 5,773.76), and Gabon (US$ 5,465.79).

On the other hand, Burundi had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 125.2).
