According to data from the World Bank, in 1974, Libya had the highest GNI per Capita (US$ 5,150), followed by Gabon (US$ 1,670), and South Africa (US$ 1,570).

On the other hand, Rwanda had the lowest GNI per Capita (US$ 80).
