According to data from the World Bank, in 1975, Libya had the highest GNI per Capita (US$ 6,180), followed by Gabon (US$ 2,800), and South Africa (US$ 1,790).

On the other hand, Rwanda had the lowest GNI per Capita (US$ 90).
