GNI Per Capita for Africa By Country in 1976

According to data from the World Bank, in 1976, Libya had the highest GNI per Capita (US$ 7,510), followed by Gabon (US$ 4,340), and South Africa (US$ 1,730).

On the other hand, Rwanda had the lowest GNI per Capita (US$ 120).
