GNI Per Capita for Africa By Country in 1985

According to data from the World Bank, in 1985, Libya had the highest GNI per Capita (US$ 8,120), followed by Gabon (US$ 3,730), and Guinea (US$ 3,110).

On the other hand, Somalia had the lowest GNI per Capita (US$ 120).
