GNI Per Capita for Africa By Country in 1987

According to data from the World Bank, in 1987, Libya had the highest GNI per Capita (US$ 6,230), followed by Seychelles (US$ 3,440), and Gabon (US$ 3,310).

On the other hand, Somalia had the lowest GNI per Capita (US$ 150).
