  1. South Africa: US$ 331.75B
  2. Nigeria: US$ 297.74B
  3. Egypt: US$ 146.88B

  1. Sao Tome and Principe: US$ 173.07M
  2. Guinea-Bissau: US$ 744.24M
  3. Comoros: US$ 848.17M
