  1. Nigeria: US$ 533.51B
  2. South Africa: US$ 401.84B
  3. Egypt: US$ 292.27B

  1. Sao Tome and Principe: US$ 319.26M
  2. Guinea-Bissau: US$ 1.09B
  3. Comoros: US$ 1.13B
