  1. Nigeria: US$ 400.37B
  2. South Africa: US$ 337.18B
  3. Egypt: US$ 292.43B

  1. Sao Tome and Principe: US$ 351.28M
  2. Comoros: US$ 1.04B
  3. Guinea-Bissau: US$ 1.24B
