Youth Unemployment Rate of Cameroon

According to the World Bank, the total youth unemployment rate of Cameroon was 7% in 2022, a difference of -0.13 points from 2021; and the total labor force of Cameroon in 2022 was 11,577,796. The most recent figures on male and female unemployment rates were 6.35% and 7.75% respectively in 2022.
The World Bank defines youth unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force ages 15-24 without work but available for and seeking employment".
