Youth Unemployment Rate of Eritrea

According to the World Bank, the total youth unemployment rate of Eritrea was 11.09% in 2022, a difference of -0.22 points from 2021; and the total labor force of Eritrea in 2022 was 1,738,165. The most recent figures on male and female unemployment rates were 9.96% and 12.39% respectively in 2022.

The World Bank defines youth unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force ages 15-24 without work but available for and seeking employment".
