Youth Unemployment Rate of Eritrea

According to the World Bank, the total youth unemployment rate of Eritrea was 14.62% in 2021, a difference of +0.44 points from 2020; and the total labor force of Eritrea in 2021 was 1,641,270. The most recent figures on male and female unemployment rates were 13.12% and 16.37% respectively in 2021.

The World Bank defines youth unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force ages 15-24 without work but available for and seeking employment".
