Youth Unemployment Rate of Ghana

According to the World Bank, the total youth unemployment rate of Ghana was 8.72% in 2019, a difference of -0.06 points from 2018; and the total labor force of Ghana in 2019 was 12,919,340. The most recent figures on male and female unemployment rates were 8.98% and 8.41% respectively in 2019.
The World Bank defines youth unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force ages 15-24 without work but available for and seeking employment".
