Youth Unemployment Rate of Kenya

According to the World Bank, the total youth unemployment rate of Kenya was 7.17% in 2019, a difference of -0.02 points from 2018; and the total labor force of Kenya in 2019 was 23,733,381. The most recent figures on male and female unemployment rates were 7.13% and 7.2% respectively in 2019.

The World Bank defines youth unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force ages 15-24 without work but available for and seeking employment".
