Youth Unemployment Rate of Rwanda

According to the World Bank, the total youth unemployment rate of Rwanda was 17.41% in 2022, a difference of -0.32 points from 2021; and the total labor force of Rwanda in 2022 was 4,654,245. The most recent figures on male and female unemployment rates were 16.28% and 18.7% respectively in 2022.

The World Bank defines youth unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force ages 15-24 without work but available for and seeking employment".
