Youth Unemployment Rate of Senegal

According to the World Bank, the total youth unemployment rate of Senegal was 7.66% in 2019, a difference of -0.08 points from 2018; and the total labor force of Senegal in 2019 was 4,252,308. The most recent figures on male and female unemployment rates were 7.01% and 8.62% respectively in 2019.

The World Bank defines youth unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force ages 15-24 without work but available for and seeking employment".
