Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 62,812 of Penobscot County, ME households, there were 2,522 households (4.01%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 3,630 households (5.78%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 23,505 households (37.42%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 5,463 households (8.70%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
