Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 7,473 of Smith County, TN households, there were 289 households (3.87%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 287 households (3.84%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 2,628 households (35.17%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 872 households (11.67%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
