Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 8,469 of Sun Lakes CDP, AZ households, there were 408 households (4.82%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 391 households (4.62%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 2,954 households (34.88%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 697 households (8.23%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
