Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 50,264 of New Haven city, CT households, there were 2,921 households (5.81%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 2,391 households (4.76%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 22,092 households (43.95%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 3,318 households (6.60%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
