Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 798 of Ko Olina CDP, HI households, there were 145 households (18.17%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 76 households (9.52%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 85 households (10.65%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 42 households (5.26%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
