Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 218 of Lower Berkshire Valley CDP, NJ households, there were 72 households (33.03%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 16 households (7.34%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 9 households (4.13%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 20 households (9.17%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
