Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 1,500 of Eagle Crest CDP, OR households, there were 171 households (11.40%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 111 households (7.40%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 324 households (21.60%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 91 households (6.07%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
