Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 2,971 of Independence city, OR households, there were 64 households (2.15%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 194 households (6.53%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 862 households (29.01%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 231 households (7.78%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
