Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 178 of Pleasant Valley CDP, OR households, there were 46 households (25.84%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category, and there were 11 households (6.18%) that had a household income that fell in the $100K - Less $125K category.
