Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 4,546 of Santa Clara CDP, OR households, there were 195 households (4.29%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 308 households (6.78%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.
