Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 4,182 of Prairie Ridge CDP, WA households, there were 398 households (9.52%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 359 households (8.58%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 383 households (9.16%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 402 households (9.61%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
