Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 2,814,631 of the White Alone households in North Carolina, there were 234,169 households (8.32%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 194,715 households (6.92%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.
On the other hand, there were 818,586 households (29.08%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 225,089 households (8.00%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
