Among all Pennsylvania cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Fullerton CDP had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of $40k - $49k (14.03%), followed by Berwick borough (13.62%), and Bloomsburg town (12.07%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of $40k - $49k: Darby borough (0.00%), Montgomeryville CDP (3.09%), and Jefferson Hills borough (3.20%).
