Among all Pennsylvania cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Waynesboro borough had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of $75k - $99k (19.56%), followed by Ephrata borough (18.51%), and Weigelstown CDP (18.27%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of $75k - $99k: Johnstown city (4.65%), Shiloh CDP (6.93%), and Indiana borough (7.59%).
