Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households in Pennsylvania with household income of less than $40k was 41.89%. Among all Pennsylvania cities and places with a population of at least 10K, New Kensington city had the highest percentage of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households with household income of less than $40k (76.53%), followed by Butler city (75.31%), and Altoona city (72.73%).
