Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Massachusetts with household income of less than $40k was 21.11%. Among all Massachusetts cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Fall River city had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (41.15%), followed by North Adams city (40.04%), and Southbridge Town city (39.89%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Wilmington CDP (9.10%), Lexington CDP (10.42%), and Wellesley CDP (10.42%).
