Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Pennsylvania with household income of less than $40k was 26.89%. Among all Pennsylvania cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Johnstown city had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (65.93%), followed by Chester city (57.56%), and McKeesport city (55.05%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Franklin Park borough (9.26%), Montgomeryville CDP (14.38%), and Horsham CDP (15.64%).
