Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in Delaware with household income of less than $40k was 22.99%. Among all Delaware cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Milford city had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (34.90%), followed by Newark city (34.17%), and Dover city (31.79%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Hockessin CDP (10.83%), Glasgow CDP (10.87%), and Middletown town (11.01%).
