Ranking of New York Cities and Places By Percentage of White Alone Households with Household Income of Less than $40K in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in New York with household income of less than $40k was 24.58%. Among all New York cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Jamestown city had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (51.31%), followed by Kiryas Joel village (50.71%), and Dunkirk city (50.10%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Scarsdale village (6.13%), Seaford CDP (6.13%), and Jericho CDP (6.75%).
