Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in Rhode Island with household income of less than $40k was 25.88%. Among all Rhode Island cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Central Falls city had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (59.85%), followed by Woonsocket city (41.08%), and Providence city (36.59%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Westerly CDP (18.89%), Wakefield-Peace Dale CDP (21.57%), and Valley Falls CDP (24.73%).
