Ranking of Hawaii Cities and Places By the Poverty Rate of the White Alone Racial Group in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the White Alone racial group in Hawaii was 10%. Among all Hawaii cities and places with a population of at least 10K, the White Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Nanakuli CDP (35.66%), followed by Waipahu CDP (31.99%), and Hilo CDP (22.24%). On the other hand, the White Alone racial group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 cities: Ewa Gentry CDP (1.57%), Hickam Housing CDP (2.11%), and Mililani Town CDP (2.37%).
