Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the White Alone racial group in Kentucky was 15.1%. Among all Kentucky cities and places with a population of at least 10K, the White Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Somerset city (30.95%), followed by Mayfield city (26.56%), and Glasgow city (25.05%). On the other hand, the White Alone racial group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 cities: Francisville CDP (2.31%), Burlington CDP (4%), and Lyndon city (5.35%).
