Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the White Alone racial group in Minnesota was 7.11%. Among all Minnesota cities and places with a population of at least 10K, the White Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Bemidji city (21.49%), followed by Mankato city (20.95%), and Winona city (18.17%). On the other hand, the White Alone racial group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 cities: Otsego city (1.05%), Lino Lakes city (1.19%), and Rosemount city (1.85%).
