Among all South Carolina counties, Allendale County had the highest percentage of Black or African American Alone households with household income of $40k - $49k (16.79%), followed by Jasper County (16.57%), and Colleton County (16.07%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Black or African American Alone households with household income of $40k - $49k: Marlboro County (4.19%), Edgefield County (4.87%), and Lancaster County (5.73%).
