Among all Maryland counties, Garrett County had the highest percentage of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households with household income of less than $40k (54.29%), followed by Somerset County (46.88%), and Caroline County (44.11%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households with household income of less than $40k: Charles County (6.22%), Calvert County (8.02%), and Howard County (13.18%).
