Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households in New York with household income of less than $40k was 38.50%. Among all New York counties, Oswego County had the highest percentage of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households with household income of less than $40k (63.06%), followed by Seneca County (63.02%), and Chautauqua County (60.30%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households with household income of less than $40k: Hamilton County (0.00%), Schuyler County (7.14%), and Washington County (8.07%).
