Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Colorado with household income of less than $40k was 20.94%. Among all Colorado counties, Costilla County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (55.35%), followed by Crowley County (53.47%), and Jackson County (46.87%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Douglas County (9.81%), Pitkin County (11.98%), and Broomfield County (12.31%).
